All I can add to that is I hope USA Hockey listens and adjusts. They mad some adjustments after last year's camp, let's hope they keep getting better. I witnessed last year the "let down" of all the girls at camp. Many go with thier heads high representing thier states and feeling confident, but don't talk much about the camp when they return if they did not make the allstar team. Stories of the tears, upset players, etc after the announcements - I really don't see the need nor the purpose for this. Also it has to affect some of the development when they can not keep concentrating on development when they are trying to impress the whole time at camp.
